Open a can of fruit with light syrup or fruit juice.  Keep in your refrigerator to add color to your  breakfast or afternoon snack.
Keep frozen fruit in freezer for great tasting smoothies!
What's for Breakfast?
Try these quick and easy breakfast choices

1. Peanut butter on bread, fruit and chocolate milk
2. Fruit, granola and yogurt
3. Granola Bars and fruit (or 100% fruit juice)
4. Boiled egg and fruit (or 100% fruit juice) with glass milk
5. Snack bag with trail mix and fruit (or 100% fruit juice)
Slice of cheese, lunch meat, fruit or juice
6. Breakfast smoothies-yogurt, milk, frozen, fresh or canned fruit,
ice cubes- blend
7. Cereal topped with sliced banana (try mixing with yogurt for a change.
8. Frozen whole wheat waffle topped with fruit, ricotta cheese, granola and cinnamon.
9. Small bagel topped with jam and a glass of milk
10. Breakfast wrap-wrap whole wheat tortilla with low-fat cream cheese and fruit. Add some chocolate milk.
11. Lean ham or turkey bacon on toasted English muffin. Try some vegetable juice! There are a lot of varieties of vegetable/fruit juice.
12.  Instant Oatmeal(1 1/2 minutes in microwave)with dried fruit.
13.  Small whole grain muffin with yogurt and fruit
14. Leftovers always taste better the next day and are good in the morning.
