Don't Stress!
It takes time. Be patient.  You will get results and others will notice!
People are stress'n me out!  People keep reminding me that I gained weight.  I don't need the comments!
Let them know, if they care, they need to get active with you and support your new lifestyle. 

Good news!  As you start to see and feel changes, you'll care less and less what others think.  Stick with it! Set you goals and keep going until you reach it.  We didn't gain those extra pounds overnight and we won't lose them all over night.  Be patient!

You will have days that you will eat healthy and days you may eat nothing but junk.   Holidays always seem to get us off track.  That is life! Play hard and enjoy life everyday! Burn off the extra calories when you need to...and get back on track!  In time, you wont know any other way to live.
