Follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Weigh yourself. Check your Body Mass Index (BMI) 
This is only one method to determine your health risk. Whether you are overweight or underweight, a healthy weight is an extra benefit of
our five lifestyles!

2. Write your information down, forget about it and put it away!
Wait six weeks before you weigh again.  Weighing yourself each week is deceiving. Believe me, others will notice and your clothes will begin to fit differently. It will be well worth the wait!

3. Decide your own plan of action by choosing a minimum of 2 lifestyle changes along with #5 (exercising a minimum of 5 days a week).  Each week add a lifestyle change until you have learned to live your life with them all.
