- Purchase a pedometer and walk at least 10,000 steps a day.
- Challenge yourself and add steps each week.
- Stand up if you play video games.
- Walk back in forth for 20 minutes while playing.
- Where a watch and time your workouts,10 minutes here and there add up quickly! Keep an exercise log.
- Build on your exercise routines. Walk a little further, jump rope a littler longer, do more repetitions. You don't have to spend a lot of money to be fit. Be consistent, patient and you'll get results!
